THURSDAY TAI CHI/QIGONG – ONLINE

FRIDAY TAI CHI/QIGONG
HYBRID IN PERSON/ONLINE class at the American Legion Post 512 in Carmel
The focus for this class is Yang Application
Time: 1:00-2:30 p.m. Pacific Time
Cost: $10 per class. $8 per class if you prepay for 10 or more classes. A donation of any amount will also be fine.
